Processing Time

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 working days after order confirmation, depending on stock availability.
For orders with multiple items, processing may take up to 3-5 working days. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you via email.
Bulk orders may take longer to process (typically over 5 working days), and we’ll discuss the specific timeline with you individually. If you would like to bulk order, simply reach out to us via email: hello@yesostudio.co.uk or complete the form at the bottom of this page, telling us a bit about yourself and where you are based. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible! We look forward to working with you!

Shipping Times

• UK Orders:
  We use Royal Mail Tracked 48h service, and you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
• International Orders:
  Shipping is handled by DHL, DPD, or UPS, and delivery times vary by location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Please note: During busy periods, holidays, or sales, allow a little extra time for processing and delivery.

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Important

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, a re-delivery fee may apply.
• Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed the next working day.
