We ship all orders from the UK.

Where does YESOstudio ship to?

We ship worldwide! Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever it’s most convenient for you. We frequently ship within the UK, Europe, the US, Australia, and New Zealand.

What shipping options do you offer?

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked services:

Standard (Tracked 48h) – Up to 2 working days
Express (Tracked 24h) – 1 working day
For international orders, we use DHL & UPS Tracked services:

Europe: 5-7 working days
USA & Canada: 5-7 working days
Other international destinations: 7-10 working days

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 working days after confirmation, depending on stock availability.

For multiple-item orders, processing may take 3-5 working days. We’ll notify you via email if there’s any delay.

During busy periods, holidays, or sales, please allow extra time for processing and delivery.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please email us at hello@yesostudio.co.uk or fill out the contact form below. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Important: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order!
If an incorrect address is provided, a re-delivery fee may apply. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed on the next working day.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your order arrives broken, please email us at hello@yesostudio.co.uk within 5 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.

How is my order packaged?

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely. Your YESOstudio piece will be wrapped securely and finished with a ribbon.

If it’s a gift, let us know — we’ll make it extra special!

Products & Care

What are passive diffusers, and how do they work?

Passive diffusers, like our Peony Stone Diffusers and Aroma Stone Tags, absorb essential oils and gently release the scent over time — no heat or electricity needed. They are perfect for adding a natural, long-lasting fragrance to your home, workspace, or car.

How do I use the Stone Diffuser or Aroma Stone Tags?

FLOWER STONE DIFFUSER
Add 3-5 drops of clear essential oil to the centre of the flower. Avoid over-saturating to prevent dripping.
Always place the diffuser on a dedicated coaster to protect surfaces from potential oil spills.
Reapply essential oils as needed to maintain fragrance.
Wipe gently with a damp cloth to remove any spills or marks.
Avoid soaking in water.

AROMA STONE TAGS
Use clear essential oils to avoid staining. Apply 3 drops to the surface of the tag, focusing on the back for best absorption.
Allow the tag's porous surface to absorb the oil, gradually diffusing a gentle, natural fragrance.
Reapply oil as needed to maintain the scent.
Hang the aroma stone tags on doorknobs, in wardrobes, bathrooms, or any area you'd like to enjoy a pleasant scent.

Can I use any essential oil with your diffusers?

Yes! You can use any 100% pure essential oil or fragrance oil of your choice. Lighter citrus and floral scents may fade faster, while deeper woody or resinous oils tend to last longer. Avoid using thick oils like vanilla absolute, which may not absorb well. Darker oils may stain the lighter stones, so clear oils are recommended. Avoid using too much — just a few drops ensure proper absorption and an even scent release.

How do I clean and care for my Jesmonite coasters and trays?

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth—no need for harsh scrubbing.
Avoid using strong chemicals like acetone or alcohol, as they may damage the surface.
Keep your coasters and trays dry and free from prolonged exposure to water or oils to maintain their look and durability.

Are YESOstudio products waterproof?

Jesmonite is water-resistant but not fully waterproof. Our coasters and trays are sealed for extra protection, but we recommend wiping spills quickly to prevent staining. Passive diffusers are unsealed to allow oil absorption, so avoid contact with liquids other than essential oils.

Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

Yes! Although our main collections are pre-designed, we do offer custom or personalised orders. Please contact us via email at hello@yesostudio.co.uk or fill out the contact form below, and we’ll be happy to discuss your request.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favourite pieces to the basket, and head to checkout. Follow the secure payment steps, and once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make any changes, please contact us at hello@yesostudio.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All our products come beautifully packaged, making them perfect for gifting. If you’d like a personalised gift note, just leave a message at checkout!

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Our YESOstudio Digital Gift Cards are the perfect choice when you’re not sure what to pick. Available in various amounts, they can be emailed directly to the recipient and used on any item in our shop.

Can I add a note to my order?

Absolutely! If you're sending a gift or have a special request, you can add a note at checkout, and we’ll include it in your package.

How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, you’ll see a field where you can enter your discount code. Make sure to apply it before completing your order. Only one code can be used per purchase.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

Where do I purchase and how do I use a YESOstudio Gift Card?

The YESOstudio Gift Card is exclusively available for purchase and use online. Please note that it cannot be used in our stockists or partner stores. After purchasing on our website, you’ll receive an electronic gift card via email with a unique code to use at checkout.

Can I send a YESOstudio Gift Card to someone else?

Yes! You can send the gift card to yourself or directly to the recipient. You also have the option to add a personal note to make it extra special.

Can I schedule the delivery of the Gift Card?

Yes! If you’d like to surprise someone at the perfect moment, you can schedule the delivery of the YESOstudio Gift Card for a future date.

How long is a YESOstudio Gift Card valid for?

Our gift cards do not expire, so the recipient can take their time choosing their perfect gift.

Is it possible to return a YESOstudio Gift Card?

No, the YESOstudio Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How do I use a discount code?

To apply a discount code, simply enter it at checkout in the designated field. The discount will be applied automatically before you complete your purchase. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

As our pieces are handmade, no two are exactly the same — tiny quirks like small air bubbles, slight discolouration specks, or subtle hue variations are a natural part of the process. These variations do not affect the functionality or aesthetic of the product but instead, make each piece truly one of a kind. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged in transit.

If your item arrives broken, please email us at hello@yesostudio.co.uk within 5 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.

For those who love one-of-a-kind character, we offer a ‘Uniquely Imperfect’ section where you can purchase pieces with more noticeable quirks at a special price. Each item in this section is photographed individually, so the one you see is the exact one you’ll receive.

Do you accept exchanges?

We’re unable to offer exchanges because each YESO Studio piece is handcrafted in small batches, and no two are ever exactly alike. Since we can’t guarantee an exact match, we’d rather make sure you love the piece you receive from the start. If you're unsure about a colour or design, feel free to reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to help!

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@yesostudio.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Are gift cards refundable?

No, the YESOstudio Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

What materials do you use in your products?

We use Jesmonite, a sustainable and non-toxic material known for its durability, smooth texture, and stone-like feel. It’s water-resistant, lightweight, and perfect for creating beautifully detailed pieces. Some of our designs also feature natural elements like crushed shells, dried flowers, and metallic flakes for a unique touch.

Are all YESOstudio pieces handmade?

Yes! Each piece is carefully hand-poured, sanded, and finished in our studio, making every item truly one of a kind. Handmade production means no mass manufacturing — just thoughtfully crafted, small-batch pieces designed with love and care.
