We ship all orders from the UK.

Where does YESOstudio ship to?

We ship worldwide! Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever it’s most convenient for you. We frequently ship within the UK, Europe, the US, Australia, and New Zealand.

What shipping options do you offer?

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked services:

Standard (Tracked 48h) – Up to 2 working days
Express (Tracked 24h) – 1 working day
For international orders, we use DHL & UPS Tracked services:

Europe: 5-7 working days
USA & Canada: 5-7 working days
Other international destinations: 7-10 working days

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 working days after confirmation, depending on stock availability.

For multiple-item orders, processing may take 3-5 working days. We’ll notify you via email if there’s any delay.

During busy periods, holidays, or sales, please allow extra time for processing and delivery.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not yet, but we’re working on it!

Do you provide tracking?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please email us at hello@yesostudio.co.uk or fill out the contact form below. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Important: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order!
If an incorrect address is provided, a re-delivery fee may apply. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed on the next working day.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your order arrives broken, please email us at hello@yesostudio.co.uk as soon as possible with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.

How is my order packaged?

All YESO pieces are presented gift-ready.

Most orders are wrapped in our signature scalloped YESO gift box, finished with ribbon. For larger or differently sized items, an equally refined gift box is selected to ensure a beautiful presentation.

Each gift-wrapped piece is carefully placed inside an outer protective box or postal packaging to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

We prioritise acid-free, recyclable, and plastic-free packaging materials wherever possible, balancing sustainability with secure delivery.

No pricing information is included inside the parcel.

Each order is wrapped by hand in our West London studio with the same care we would expect when sending a gift ourselves.

What are passive diffusers, and how do they work?

Passive diffusers, like our Floral Stone Diffusers and Aroma Stone Tags, absorb essential oils and gently release the scent over time. No heat or electricity needed. They are perfect for adding a natural, long-lasting fragrance to your home, workspace, or car.

How do I use the Stone Diffuser or Aroma Stone Tags?

FLOWER STONE DIFFUSER
Unlike traditional diffusers, this piece arrives intentionally unscented.

Fragrance is personal and this design allows you to choose your own.

Simply spray your favourite perfume directly onto the stone petals, or add a few drops of essential oil to create a softer ambient scent. Refresh as often as your mood changes.

The porous stone will absorb and slowly diffuse the scent into your space. Reapply as desired to refresh the fragrance.

Place the diffuser on the included dish to protect furniture and surfaces from oil transfer.

This is a passive, flame-free diffuser and does not require electricity, water or heat.

AROMA STONE TAGS
Unlike traditional hanging diffusers, these pieces arrive intentionally unscented.

Fragrance is personal and this design allows you to choose your own.

Simply spray your favourite perfume directly onto the front or back of the Aroma Stone, or add a few drops of essential oil at the back to create a softer ambient scent. Refresh as often as your mood changes.

Place it on a bedside table, hang them on a tower rack in the bathroom, or on doorknobs around the house. Ideal for wardrobes, drawers, travel bags, or smaller enclosed spaces, wherever you want a quiet statement with a subtle scent.

Can I use any essential oil with your diffusers?

Yes! You can use any 100% pure essential oil or fragrance oil of your choice. Lighter citrus and floral scents may fade faster, while deeper woody or resinous oils tend to last longer. Avoid using thick oils like vanilla absolute, which may not absorb well. Darker oils may stain the lighter stones, so clear oils are recommended. Avoid using too much, just a few drops ensure proper absorption and an even scent release.

How do I clean and care for my stone trays?

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. There's no need for harsh scrubbing.
Avoid using strong chemicals like acetone or alcohol, as they may damage the surface.
Keep your coasters and trays dry and free from prolonged exposure to water or oils to maintain their look and durability.

Are YESOstudio products waterproof?

Jesmonite is water-resistant but not fully waterproof.

Each YESO piece is hand-cast using a premium eco-resin composite (Jesmonite-based). This water-based material is solvent-free, low in VOCs, and considered a more environmentally conscious alternative to traditional resin. It offers a smooth, stone-like appearance while remaining durable and lightweight.

All pieces are carefully sanded and sealed where required to enhance longevity and everyday usability.

The floral diffuser surface remains intentionally unsealed with a soft matte finish. This allows the porous material to absorb essential oils and perfumes, gently releasing fragrance into the surrounding space over time.

Dishes are gloss sealed to create a smooth, ceramic-like finish or a soft matte seal, enhancing its natural stone aesthetic while providing water resistance and durability under normal decorative use.

Subtle tonal variations or tiny air bubbles may occur due to the hand-casting process. These are natural characteristics of the material and part of its unique charm.

Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favourite pieces to the basket, and head to checkout. Follow the secure payment steps, and once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make any changes, please contact us at hello@yesostudio.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

As each YESO piece is handmade to order, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I add a note to my order?

Absolutely! If you're sending a gift or have a special request, you can add a note at checkout, and we’ll include it in your package.

How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, you’ll see a field where you can enter your discount code. Make sure to apply it before completing your order. Only one code can be used per purchase.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

Where do I purchase and how do I use a YESOstudio Gift Card?

The YESOstudio Gift Card is exclusively available for purchase and use online. Please note that it cannot be used in our stockists or partner stores. After purchasing on our website, you’ll receive an electronic gift card via email with a unique code to use at checkout.

Can I send a YESOstudio Gift Card to someone else?

Yes! You can send the gift card to yourself or directly to the recipient. You also have the option to add a personal note to make it extra special.

Can I schedule the delivery of the Gift Card?

Yes! If you’d like to surprise someone at the perfect moment, you can schedule the delivery of the YESOstudio Gift Card for a future date.

How long is a YESOstudio Gift Card valid for?

Our gift cards do not expire, so the recipient can take their time choosing their perfect gift.

Is it possible to return a YESOstudio Gift Card?

No, the YESOstudio Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How do I use a discount code?

To apply a discount code, simply enter it at checkout in the designated field. The discount will be applied automatically before you complete your purchase. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

As each YESO piece is handmade to order, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in perfect resale condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and tracked postage is required.

If your item arrives broken, please email us at hello@yesostudio.co.uk as soon as possible with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Do you accept exchanges?

As each YESO piece is handmade to order, we’d rather make sure you love the piece you receive from the start.

No, the YESOstudio Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

What is YESOstudio?

YESOstudio is a small fragrance design studio creating sculptural home fragrance objects inspired by flowers and calm interiors. Each piece is carefully handcrafted to hold and gently release scent, transforming everyday spaces into quiet fragrance rituals.
